A CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS (CSFS) ANALYSIS ON INSIGHTFUL ENGLISH DEBATING SOCIETY (INSIDERS) DEBATE COMMUNITY
Abstract
This study aimed to analyzed the critical success factors of Insightful English Debating Society. It was conducted to know what the critical success factors on Insightful English Debating Society are. The method used in this study was qualitatif research. The research design of the study was descriptive case study method. The primary data were data from interview guideline and the observation checklist of six members of Insightful English Debating Society. The data collecting procedure is divided into three point, they are; (1) Interview guideline, (2) Observation checklist, (3) Document analysis. The results from three steps of data collecting procedures revealed that all the debaters responses are indicated that Insightful English Debating Society has six of seven critical success factors. The factors are improving academic performance, increasing quality data to drive instruction, increasing leadership effectiveness, increasing learning time, family and community engagement, and increasing coach quality.
